Mixed use healthcare and commercial precinct within the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct.
Murdoch Square is a landmark mixed use healthcare precinct located within the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct in Perth. Developed by Hesperia, the project integrates healthcare, research, hospitality and community services within a connected urban environment.
Completed in 2024, the project comprises five multi-storey buildings surrounding landscaped public spaces and incorporates a hospital, aged care and disability housing, together with medical specialist suites, pathology and radiology services, commercial offices, hospitality venues and hotel accommodation. Birchmead was one of the founding cornerstone investors in three of the buildings within the development, with the final two owned outright by Aegis.
Located adjacent to Fiona Stanley Hospital, St John of God Murdoch Hospital, Murdoch University and the Wexford Medical Centre, the project supports collaboration across healthcare, education and research while contributing to the continued growth of the Murdoch health precinct.
