Element O’Connor is an industrial subdivision and strata warehouse development located in the established inner metropolitan industrial precinct of O’Connor in Western Australia.
The project involved demolition of existing warehouse and office improvements, followed by subdivision works including bulk earthworks, major retaining structures and new utility connections to create development-ready lots. Birchmead has managed the consultant team through the design and approval process, as well as the head contractor throughout construction of the 19 strata warehouse units.
The development will provide modern industrial space, designed to accommodate a range of small and medium industrial businesses within a well-located metropolitan industrial area.
